There are numerous methods of exercises and phases of exercises, therefore, it is imperative that the Physical Therapist selects, prescribes and implements exercise activities when appropriate. It's also important for the patient to understand and comply with their customized home exercise program in order to achieve optimal performance and rehabilitation outcomes.

The skilled hand movements of a therapist undoubtedly improves tissue extensibility, range of motion, modulates pain and reduces soft tissue swelling. One of the most important aspect of rehab is the ability for the patient to understand and perform a customized home exercise program that will maintain, enhance, and improve their activities of daily living. All patients receive a customized home exercise program either in English or Spanish during and prior to discharge. Besides customized exercises the patient is made aware of ergonomics, postural awareness and a pedorthic evaluation. In general, OmniTherapy Center treats holistically and not just the "condition".
